all payment must be made up-front and in full. i am willing to discuss payment plans, but i will not be able to begin working on your commission until full payment has been received.

payment becomes final and non-refundable once i have begun working on your commission.

a +50% fee applies to rush jobs. a rush job is defined as any commission that must be completed by a specified date that is much sooner than the usual turnaround time, and is fairly applied at my discretion.

i operate on a first-come-first-serve basis and generally work on one commission at a time to prevent burnout.

my art, graphic design, 3D models or any other creative works cannot be used or modified by generative AI or used for NFTs under any circumstances. any use of my work for genAI or NFTs is immediate forfeiture of any and all rights to use my work in any capacity.

image references must be included, but written references can be included alongside images for further context and clarity. do not send a wall of text or multiple long paragraphs -- instead, please organize your ideas into bullet-point format for readability and to ensure nothing important is missed.

up to 3 minor revisions to your commission, either during the creation process or upon final delivery, may be requested. further revisions and major revisions are subject to additional fees.

"skeb-style"/surprise commissions have a much faster turnaround time and lower cost. however, they are not eligible for revisions and you will not receive any updates until final delivery.

i reserve the right to cancel your order if your behavior as a client is rude, inappropriate, disrespectful or threatening in any way.

i reserve the right to decline your application for any reason.
